Cindy -- I don't know, it's a good question. What I wonder is, if all your content "belongs" to the free sites you use, what happens if you want to sell an article you wrote or license the image to somebody else?
Do you have inherent rights as a content producer, or do you auto-forfeit them by using these sites?
Jeremy -- oh that's cool, nobody in the first world between 18 and 35 uses MySpace anymore.
i think the same thing exists within the terms of service of myspace also. =\
